Copyright & License
I retain full copyright. You receive a personal, non‑commercial license to display your artwork. No reproductions, resales, or commercial use without my written permission.

Color Disclaimer
Screen colors may vary. If an exact color match matters, please ask before you buy.

Custom Orders
All custom work is final sale—no returns on personalized pieces.

Shipping
Free U.S. shipping with tracking.

Ready-to-ship items are sent within 1–3 business days.

Made-to-order pieces take 1–4 weeks to create, depending on size and complexity.

Estimated delivery: 7–21 days, depending on destination.

Customs duties and VAT are the buyer’s responsibility.

Customers outside North Carolina are responsible for any use tax at the same rate as sales tax, remitted directly to their state’s Department of Revenue.

You’ll receive a tracking number by email once your painting ships.

Damage Claims
If your painting arrives damaged, please email me photos within 48 hours and I’ll take care of it.

Returns (Non‑Custom Works)
You may return non‑custom art within  14  days of delivery in its original condition. Return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility.

Disclaimer of Warranties
All artwork is sold “as is” without express or implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

Limitation of Liability
My liability for any claim related to your order is limited to the purchase price of the artwork. I’m not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These terms are governed by North Carolina law. Any dispute arising hereunder shall be resolved first by good‑faith negotiation, then (if needed) in the courts of Wake County, NC.
